Emer: 39w + 5w = 44w: 4.620 kg / 10lb 3oz

Linnea: 41w1d + 2w5d= 43w6d: 4.920 kg / 10lb 11oz

Conclusion: Emer is in fact smaller, but not bloody much!

Clearly, poor Emer isn't getting enough to eat! You must make sure she gets that missing 8oz, and pronto. (Try a raw egg-yolk in her bottle.)

I have come to the conclusion that birth weight doesn't count for very much - though there are still a fair number of HVs who want every baby to continue along whatever centile it started out on.

Luckily Lulah's wasn't like that, as she was born large and then put on about 6 oz in 8 weeks.

And - aw, Emer's getting big!
