ailbheI must make more effort to get up and go to bed at 11pm. This morning I'm ratty, the kids are ratty, the house is manky, I have to get more sleep or I will go spare.
If I start going to bed at 11 pm perhaps I will get there about midnight after I do the evening pottering about.
