ailbheToday Rob ordered our trike. We're really looking forward to it. With this, we can go much further and do much more without even using buses and taxis. It will hugely increase our mobility and independence.
It will just fit outside our front door, behind the hedge. We'll have to think of something to do about Rob's bike though, as there's only space for the trike next to the fixed metal loop and there's no way the trike is going to be locked to anything less secure than that. We'll probably also fix a loop in the brickwork, but that won't be as secure as the one in the concrete.
With luck, the trike should be ready for collection in three weeks.
It is impossible to convey my excitement in mere words.
