Getting Less Done, More Done
Oct. 12th, 2009 09:46 pmI made a definite decision today NOT to start in on the deweekending process first thing, but to get out and buy food. And I did, and people came and visited, and we also went out to the park and then more people came here, and it was all fine, and I still have to deweekend the house, but we're unlikely to have as many people eating in the front room another day as we had today. So it won't get undone.
So today was good. Sunday was good too.
Things achieved on Sunday: Exchanged Linnea's raincoat for one which fit, bought a rucksack to replace my painfully unusable one with, moved my bits and pieces into my filofax wallet for ease of use, pottered around, fell asleep a lot during the day, realised myself and both girls are Slightly Unwell.
Things achieved on Monday: Caught up on my internet, sorted finance-juggling for now, three or four loads of laundry (can't quite count), bit of tidying, sorted through old clothes and found some to give away and some for Emer to wear, wore incredibly bright clothes to ward off the winter.
