Good news, bad news

Good news!

Linnea was sitting on her potty reading her potty book today when a very surprising thing happened. She did a wee! She was most shocked, but I was so clearly delighted that she decided to be delighted too, though she wasn't really pleased with having made a spill on her lovely potty.

Now I need to work out an efficient potty-empty-and-cleaning system for myself.

Bad news

Rob has had some bad, but not tragic, news today. He may appreciate people being nice to him. He didn't get much sleep last night.

And now it's time to make lunch and see about getting out of the house today, maybe as far as the softplay malarkey. Linnea would like that and it would be good for both of us. Last night was... well, maybe later. I don't want to think about it now.

Go Linnea! Bridget did the same in her potty the other night, but I don't think she even noticed. :-)

Squeaky seems to be taking the initiative on the whole potty situation. She carried the whole potty into our library and I offered to help get her clothes off, and sure enough, she sat down and peed. YAY, BIG GIRL!
