Not very well

Very odd, early period. Heavy cold. Faint and sick. Not up to much today.

I hope to be better later; is there something I'm supposed to be doing?

Looking after yourself, I think.

I hate getting my period when I've got something else, it seems to make them both worse.

I hope you are able to rest as much as possible and feel better soonest. Periods exacerbating things are a pain.
