My sister had her third baby today - a girl, 6lb 8oz, mother and baby doing well, according to my information source. I couldn't talk on the phone long enough to get details because I was seriously out of breath from going to answer the phone. This is a non-trivial lung infection.

But it's good that things went well. She had... difficulty with her first, which makes us anxious. During this pregnancy she had surgery on her back under general anaesthetic, which is never amusing. But everything is good.

I've even managed to get hold of her address to send her a little something. What does one send, for a third baby? She won't need any clothes. Suggestions please, kind interweb...
