If you wish to be deluged with chemistry, "aceta" means an acetyl group on the molecule, ie H-C=O . It joins onto the molecule via the C(arbon).
And, because I felt like it, here is the molecule in ASCII: The acetyl group is in the bottom left, and "para" means the two things-that-aren't-hydrogen attached to the carbons on the ring are opposite each other.
