We met the solicitor today, and as soon as we receive and approve the draft wills, we can die with all our paperwork done. This is an enormous load off my mind, as I have apparently developed a horror of being a parent without a will. The solicitor was pleasant and businesslike, and had a tendency to address Rob first, but shake my hand first. IS that old-fashioned courtesy, or just a personal quirk?

On the way home, I bought three plain and three onion bagels, and I had two of them for lunch, toasted, with cream cheese. It was wonderful. And then Ellis Organics delivered our food supply for the next week, so we have enough to eat, which is always very satisfying. I have four kinds of apples, and I can't even remember what they all are.

The coffee table I put up on Ebay has sold, and will be collected tomorrow, so that's great. I'm seriously considering putting more things up, since that was so easy - a couple of photos, leave it for a week, and somebody wanted it. In addition to the fact that I'm completely on schedule with all my housework, this is quite spectacular. I'm having a tiring but productive week; long may it continue.
