Accomplishments

Got back from Donegal (I will write an entry about that, I promise). Tidied the house (which took 2 days). Determined that daily meter readings have miraculously reduced our electricity usage to 2/3 of the former amount. Visited Rob's parents. Did a lot of Christmas shopping. And today, we made a proper lunch, with lots of salad (oooh, coleslaw is much nicer when I make it myself! mayonnaise is not the primary ingredient, for a start). And bought rye bread at Lidl, which is surprisingly nice though a little stronger than I'm used to. And synchronised all our calendars up until February (the online calendar now has accurate info again). And confirmed flight bookings for going to Sweden in January. And wrote 27 Christmas cards - we only have 9 left to do. See the Livejournal journal for a request for addresses shortly...

Yeah, I've been busy. I'll write proper updates of what really happened later.
