All about Monday

On Monday my birthday was really over, so I made chicken soup from the stock and a leek and some onions. Rob thought it was wonderfully delicious and perfect in every way; I thought it was too greasy. But I have a very very low grease-tolerance in my food, so it was probably good soup.

In the evening we sat down and watched a film together - The Importance of Being Ernest with Colin Firth and Judy Dench. I am considering watching a stack of Colin Firth films just to see if I like him as much as I think I do based on Jack.

I spoke to my mother on Saturday, and one of my older sisters on Sunday, and on Monday I spoke to my little sister. Communication good. I have some websearches to do for her.
