Need to eat food; have hunger pains in digestive system after stomach. Stomach, unfortunately, swirling rebelliously such that I'll have to bypass it.

Have kitchen knife, funnel, and garden hose. Further bulletins as events warrant.

Have you tried ginger tea? It sounds unlikely, but it can really work to settle the swirly-stomach thing.

If you have ginger root, cut off a few rounds and boil them in two mugfuls of water until there's only one mugful left, then strain and drink.

I'm odd, in that when I'm nauseous I often want spicy stuff, rather than the bland sick-food I remember as a kid (dry toast and sweet tea, mainly).
