The Mitford Girls

Reading Jo Walton's Farthing made me want to read a biography of the Mitford Girls, and luckily taimatsu had one. I must go back and check whether this biog is mentioned in Farthing's bibliography or acknowledgments, and if not, which one is. One must be, at least, I'm sure.
