Woke shortly before 7 from the pain in my throat. Evidently I didn't give my cold to Rob, I had a different one, and I have now caught Rob's. That's fine. I took Lemsip capsules and Strepsils and drank water (ouch!). I can sort of speak, now, and am feeling well enough to have a bath.

Then I will try sitting in the sunny garden to study.
