Knitting! Sewing! Crochet!

ailbheThere's another new post at http://www.string-revolution.com/ and I am fighting the urge to dig out my yarn and start yet another project which I will never ever finish. I suppose the trick is to think of something I actually want to make, and make it.
I did realise that I could sew things out of hideous clothes from charity shops, like that thing people do with second-hand jumpers only with sewing, and I'd probably really enjoy doing that. If only we didn't all have FAR TOO MANY CLOTHES ALREADY. Perhaps the thing to do is to make things for child sizes my children haven't attained yet. But where's the instant gratification in that?!
Perhaps the thing to do is to replace my sewing machine with one which can handle denim without making scary noises, and start having jeans which fit.
