So stop already. You're important too, and if you don't take care of yourself you'll be no good to anyone -- including yourself.

Only you know how much longer you can bear this. If I remember rightly you were planning to quit when you got married anyway -- how long do you have to go? Do you think you can keep going that long? If you can't, leave. No job is worth your mental health.

You do seem to have been given a particularly obdurate set of cats to herd. I don't think it means you're crap at managing people in general. It sounds like anyone would do badly with this lot.
