I had another "day off" today, so I read it. It was very good, and I was confident that none of the unpleasantness I feared in Farthing was going to happen, so I was able to relax and enjoy it properly.

I'll start saving up for the next one now.

I once drove Jo from Swansea to Dublin, and back to London, via Reading.

Not in one trip, and with a ferry for the wetter bits...

I keep meaning to read her stuff.... I think she's in Canada now.
