Happy Pancake Tuesday

I have made pancake batter according to Ingvar's recipe.

Ingvar's Prime Pancakes: 2 eggs, 3 dl flour, 5 dl milk.

I made 3 times that much, and have left it in the fridge to settle for this evening's pancake party. The guest of honour can't show up, but some other people are, so we'll manage somehow (Deora móra och ochón).

What does "Deora móra och ochón" mean?

"big tears och ochon".

It sounds better in Irish. In English, I'd say - oh, "Weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth" or something.

We combined Pancake Day with Chinese New Year and had Pancake Rolls :-)
