No, I mean that my horrible pissing about evil customer service incompetent organization problems have been resolved by a lovely Canadian man called Bruce who sent me a lovely email and apologised profusely for his and his company's momentary incompetence and gave me my service at a significantly reduced rate for two years and got almost everything fixed in good time and was consistently polite and helpful and lovely.

I sent him an email for him to send to his supervisor telling him how wonderful he was and how he stopped me suing his company for compensation. People should be praised more.

HUzzah! Congratulations -- I'm glad to hear you are satisfied with your customer service. There just isn't enough good customer service these days, and it's refreshing to hear about Bruce. Reduced rates for 2 years is just lovely.
