Watered things in mini greenhouse and cold frame

Got locked out
Got a neighbour to yell over the fence at the kids in the garden so I could get in
Had horrible adrenaline comedown
Rob came home
I tidied the kitchen
Cycled to the bike shop to collect locks, bell (shaped like turtle!) and ask about child seat
Raised saddle on new bike to favour aching thighs
Cycled to Altimus to buy strap to hold Emer's glasses on
Raised bike saddle again
Cycled home
Finally inflated kids' football I bought ages ago
Found Spanish Omelet recipe on tinternet

My Sugru arrived in the post, what should I use it for?

I had to google Sugru. How much do you have? The first thing that comes to mind is oven-mitt type grippy-holdy things that are the right size for Linnea & Emer to use to take hot things out of the microwave?

It comes in small quantities! Like, I have one sachet and it's the size of, er, smaller than half a Bourbon biscuit.

Ah, Emer has Very Hungry Caterpillar oven gloves which Taimatsu made by cutting down and reassembling some adult ones, and then decorating them with applique. They are AWESOME.

I had 12 sachets of tiny amounts, and I have used three. But I predict that I will get much more, because it is totally awesome. I'm going to make handles for things like allen keys from it, and line the heels of my New Rocks boots so that they fit, and things.

Sugru looks like great stuff. The hacker in me wants some, so here I am trying to justify the expense.

I can't remember what logic I used to talk myself into it. Rob hadn't managed it yet. However, we've used it a couple of times now and have plans for more when we have somewhere to leave something to cure.
