I can see progress, at last. Today I cleared the front hall and stairs, and heaved furniture about in the front room to sweep. In the process I found Yet More Nanoblocks. And we used the new labelling machine to label the home ed stuff. Music, maths, animals, learning to read, science, 5 in a row, history, space. Linnea and Emer enjoyed that part - choice quote "the fun ones all go in SCIENCE, Emer."

I also took damp laundry in and hung wet laundry out; the damp is finishing indoors. And I washed more laundry. And cooked breakfast. And took dry laundry down from the various hanging places all over the house. And gave Astrid some chocolate. And put away some groceries. And changed nappies. And so on.

Didn't realise the labelmaker would be a spelling aid but it makes sense when you think of it. Like videoing people on my phone helping them improve their diction. Heh.

2:30pm Cleared kitchen counter
Emptied, refilled and ran dishwasher
Gave everyone lunch
Took out rubbish and recycling
Cleared more stairs, hall etc

Need to: drink this tea, take pills, do some yoga

5pm Drank tea
Cleared a lot of the dining table
Cleared a lot of the children's table onto the dining table
Cleared the draining board
Emptied, refilled and ran the dishwasher again
Emptied, refilled and ran the washing machine again
Helped Astrid nap and woke her up about 4 ish, which is a BIG WIN compared to recent late-evening naps followed by up-all-nighting
Ate some cashews
Made another cup of tea

Need to: drink this tea, take pills, do some yoga

5:45 Drank tea, took pills, drank water
Picked Astrid up after falling down stairs
cleared floor and table in children's corner of dining room, scrubbed table
Put tons of stuff from the floor in the bin
