Moar housework

ailbheAstrid fell down the stairs this morning but is fine; she was up and walking around by the time I met her.
Housework
Hung two loads of laundry
Sorted more to go on
Washed on load of laundry
Cleared draining board
Emptied, refilled and ran dishwasher
Washed a basinful of handwash dishes
Started clearing the counters in the kitchen
Had a shower
Took my pills
Got myself and Astrid fully dressed
Tidied the bathroom

Hung another load of laundry
Put another on
Measured bedroom and furniture for The Big Move
16:00
Brought in another load, hung another load, put on another load of laundry
Emptied and refilled and re-ran dishwasher again
17:30
Dishwasher again but now all the pots and roasting trays are also done
Children
Snuggled Emer and Astrid in bed
Played with Astrid on the swing
Helped Emer wash apples and chop them for a snack
Talked to Linnea about various domestic things
Picked people up after falls, trips and quarrels
Fetched drinks
Played more with Astrid
Put Astrid down to nap (long involved process, but pleasant for all concerned)
Did Not Interfere with complicated long-drawn-out multi-rule game of older two
Picked up an awful lot of Lego
Talked over Big Bedroom Changes with them again
Fed a very peculiar lunch - halloumi, scrambled egg, rice cake and apple - very late in the day, because of living on highly nutritious cookies all morning. Still, all fed, and moderately nourished.
Insisted that the big girls at least SHOW me that they are still alive because I haven't seen them for hours and they won't let me in to the room where they're playing their game.
Brought Astrid for a walk along the street while the big girls played on the footpath
Took some photos
Watched Emer make bow, arrows and quiver
