Rob came back and we spent two days doing jetlag-resetting and having him spend quality time with the children, and on the first day we attended a birthday party and a fundraising children's art exhibition, and on the second day we erected our new tent to check it works, and had a total of three visitors to the house. And that was yesterday, and late last night I came over all owie and when I woke this morning I was not at all well.

I think I'm staving off mastitis, in that I feel awful and have a lot of the tickybox symptoms but no fever. Rob came home from work early after I broke down completely and cried at him over the phone.

I think that what's happened is that after a very intensive week, my body went "That's it, no more," and when I tried to carry on with starting my twelve-hours-alone-with-the-kids just as usual it wasn't having any. Which is a shame, because Tuesday is a busy day and we usually have a lot to do.

Other than that, Rupert Murdoch has been made to look a little bit like a victim, and children's wheelchair services are being privatised. Oh, and squillions of people are starving to death in Africa, but no-one seems to care much about that.
