What better way to start a week of solo parenting than with a nice heavy period and a cold in one's nose? Also I forgot my baby sister's thirtieth birthday - at least, I forgot the date, and the year, which is the same thing. Once I saw the date I knew and sent her an SMS but there you go.

It's all a little crazy. I have masses to do and the children are varying between miserable and hating me, and cheerful and let's-do-this-thing. Astrid has no idea what's going on but is getting new teeth and will probably learn to walk on Monday afternoon or so. AND in TWO WEEKS from today she will be a year old.
