Sleep

Linnea slept for a chunk of the morning and early afternoon.

I slept well, possibly because I wasn't hungry. I must stop going to sleep hungry.

Astrid napped brilliantly - one nap a day is fine by me as long as it happens.

So I was fairly functional today. Moved the Lego upstairs, did two loads in the dishwasher, swept floors, fed everyone meals, got everyone dressed, did laundry, painted with Emer, played with Astrid, did a little gardening.

It's not four o'clock yet and I'm exhausted again. But I managed TWO cups of tea and will try for a third.
