Ambition

I'm hoping to get washed, dressed, and out of bed, not necessarily in that order.

Rob says I could get out of bed and go and sit down stairs.

Back to bed, back to reality

I was up for two hours and ate lunch with Linnea and Rob at the dining table. Very exciting.

Oh, and another thing

While I was ill in bed, Rob took my envelope for the publisher and posted it. Which is good, because I could have put it off indefinitely.

And a small local book festival wants me to take the first three to their Do on the 1st November, as a Local Author. But that's my birthday, so I'm not sure. I shall have to ask my mother.

Kindness

I had a little think this evening and in less than ten seconds I thought of more than ten extraordinarily kind things my friends have done in the past year or so.

Really, we are mindbogglingly lucky.
