Lunch

3 eggs
6 tbsp oat milk
1 tbsp fructose syrup
1/4 pint raspberries
3 sliced strawberries

Whisk wet ingredients together with a fork, pour into hot pan. When the bottom is cooked enough to support it, lay the fruit carefully in half the pan (so you can fold it) and cook carefully.

Mine hasn't finished yet but how wrong could it go?

Emer: Milk

Lately Emer has had a few very small drinks of Rob's milk. She's had only one Dubious Nappy since and no obvious ill health. The temptation to feed her six cheese sandwiches and a ton of icecream is very strong but we will resist.

It's probably time to give some to Linnea again too.

Consequences

Linnea really, really wanted to go to ERAPA but didn't want to get dressed. In the end I gave her a limit - "In five minutes, it will be too late," and counted down.

Oh well.

She wrote a postcard to Dave and seemed ok with that. I just wasn't available for nagging or bullying her into the prep for doing something she wanted to do. She'll probably manage ok just the same.
