3 eggs
6 tbsp oat milk
1 tbsp fructose syrup
1/4 pint raspberries
3 sliced strawberries
Whisk wet ingredients together with a fork, pour into hot pan. When the bottom is cooked enough to support it, lay the fruit carefully in half the pan (so you can fold it) and cook carefully.
Mine hasn't finished yet but how wrong could it go?

But overall, a success.
