Too damn tired

Linnea woke everyone about 5 am and although both children got back to sleep, neither Rob nor I managed it. The children are too tired to go into town so I'm still at home. I'm going to get into action any minute now, honestly any minute.

Honest.

Oh, gods.

I've tried to call the dentist but the line is busy. I've had two lots of ibuprofen so far today. I need to get properly dressed and do laundry and tidy up and so on.

Help!

Out of interest, how many of you think Rob works in London? Actually he has a fifteen-minute cycle commute to a job very near home, because long commutes were detrimental to the long-term wellbeing of his relationship with his children. And me, mind you, but that was largely as a side-effect of the former.

Can has drugs!

I have cocodamol, I have paracetamol, I have ibuprofen, and I have Metronidazole 200mg, and I have a wisdom tooth so painful I almost had a panic attack.

If I get more than two or three episodes of pain and pus this bad, they will consider removing it ("doing something else," she said).

Now, to be fair, none of my xrays over the past ten years have indicated that my wisdom teeth were problematic, but surely it's better for them to take it out than for me to attempt it myself with a wood chisel and a camping mallet?

Still, at least we have low-dose codeine in the house, all I had for The Other Thing was 30mg pills. This is 8/500. Far more reasonable for most things.
