Today's achievements

Got up and made the bed
Got the children breakfast
Cleaned the children up
Got them dressed
Had a shower (with Astrid in the bathroom in the highchair)
Got myself dressed
Did a couple of loads of laundry
Picked up a bit of the front room - including discovering more food waste
Fed the children lunch
Had a visitor; picked up more of the front room
Put Astrid down for a nap - I woke two hours later, she woke another 90 minutes after that. D'you reckon we might be ill? I have no cold symptoms to speak of but she has a runny nose.
Cooked dinner and ate it with all three children
Rob came home and we got the children to bed with no fighting
Hung a load of laundry to dry

I have a raging pounding headache. Grr.
