Domestic achievements

I did basically nothing useful before noon. Since then, I have:

Formally got up, washed, and dressed. Drank water, juice, coffee. Took meds.
Dressed Emer and Astrid.
Cleaned three children up.
Put away dry laundry, hung some wet, put dirty load to wash.
Made bed.
Cleared front hall.
Put out recycling, including squashing boxes someone else binned.
Mended change mat for over bath.
Put away clean nappies.
Put dirty nappies on to wash.
Emptied and refilled dishwasher.
Tidied pantry.
Put away shopping, including bulk unpackaged pulses, tins, jars, huge amount of fruit. It all fits.
Took joint out to defrost for tomorrow.
Ate.
Cleared draining board.
Put out Astrid's playmat.
Put hook in the wall to rehang clock which fell down yesterday while I was ill.
Hung wet oil painting which had been on easel since Monday.
Fed and changed Astrid a couple of times.
Helped Linnea a bit.

4pm: Had a cup of tea
Fed Astrid to sleep
Took down more dry laundry, hung a load and a half of wet laundry (plus king-sized bedding; we can dry one large item at a time on the landing rail, currently the cotton duvet cover).
Changed and re-dressed Astrid
Other stuff I forget now, including starting to wash my oil painty brushes from Monday; I hope they survive. I should just never get ill.

5pm: Cooked a dinner of tagliatelle, garlic, olives, feta and basil.
Brushed both big girls' hair.
Washed a pan in which to cook dinner; I adore Le Creuset, it's incredibly easy to wash. We need to get a 22cm one to go between our 20 and 24cm ones.
Fed Astrid some more, then gave her plain pasta to tie up while we ate.
Made another cup of tea.

All of that in two and a half hours! Wow, that's impressive. It usually takes me that long just to get up, washed and dressed. The list you have there would have taken me all day.

It's a lot less than I get done most days, but the day isn't over yet.
