Feels like I've achieved nothing today

ailbheThis is not true, this is demons. But nonetheless I feel it.
Had a shower, and washed Astrid
Put a load of laundry on to wash
Hung nappies and towels outside to line-dry
Got everyone out of the house with banana muffins for breakfast
Supervised both children cycling to the library
At the library breastfeeding group -
- taught the mother of a newborn how to correct her baby's latch and, more importantly, how a good latch looks and feels for her
- told the Health Visitor and a couple of friends that I had another PMS rage; if outsiders know, they won't control me as much
- returned a library book
Came home and showed Emer how to crack an egg while we cooked scrambled eggs for lunch
Cleared and laid the table for lunch
Cleared the table after lunch
Washed and scraped carrots and parsnips, my poor RSI hands
Made a beef stew
Baked potatoes to go with the stew
Took the laundry in when it started to rain
Played with Astrid
Mediated quarrels
Laid the table for dinner
Served dinner to everyone except Rob, who is late home on a Thursday
Quit in despair and sat on the sofa, after eating something like five banana muffins
