This morning I had muesli, a pregnancy-and-breastfeeding multivitamin, a spoonful of echinacea, and a capsule of evening primrose oil. I also had no coffee, but chamomile tea, earl grey tea, and plain black tea. I think I need to cut out most coffee for reasons of temper. Which is very, very sad. But I've moved cups and things around in the kitchen and now my teapots and teacups are easier to get to so I will mind less.
