Birthdays!

ailbheIt's a friend's birthday tomorrow and I've only just realised. Luckily I had a card which was clearly made with her in mind, so that's ok.
It's my own birthday on Sunday week, 1st November, and I will be 31. My mother will be a bit more than that. I'm hoping for book tokens; for some reason, I got book tokens a lot as a child, and then FOR MY WEDDING which was THE BEST present, but it's not something grownups get much. I like book tokens. Or perhaps Amazon vouchers are more like it.
Linnea will be precisely five and a half on the very same day. We are babies who turn the seasons, us, and we spin them on their way. Each of us grows through the other, and learns as best we may.
