Day of days

I had a series of horrible dreams about answering the phone but the phone continuing to ring. Then I woke to realise I'd slept through two alarms.

But I got up, and picked up the house a little, and left with the children for the supermarket, the library and the conker park. We bought biscuits and laundry detergent, and handed over almost 2kg of crayons and pencils to the library for the kids' groups, and got out a couple of audio cds.

I took photos of all my paintings and I hope I can use them to list them on Etsy and make up a price list to leave in the library, because people ask, apparently.

We got some conkers, and had tinned hot pot for lunch, and now we're here at home, pootling about.

I'm still feeling exhausted. We have to start getting to sleep before 2am.
