High heels
Jan. 2nd, 2009 12:47 amLinnea got a pair of Disney Toys'R'Us plastic dress-up high heeled sandals for Christmas, from a friend of hers. She opened the parcel today.
The soles are a couple of inches longer and a couple of centimetres narrower than her actual feet; she says they ARE TOO wide enough for her feet except maybe for that little toe. She had the sense to ask Rob to help her downstairs by holding both her hand as she stepped very carefully.
When she took them off - they really did slow her down - all her toes were very red and her instep was pinched white where the band of the shoe was.
I think I don't need to confiscate them; I think they will be their own lesson.
But really - they are several sizes too big, and still too narrow.
