Also, we got a travelling bike fixer to fix the trike's most irritating features and he also showed us how to do it ourselves in future. And he was cheap. And he was interested in the racing tandem we're going to salvage one day, and had a good go at teaching Linnea to rider her bike (Rob and the bike guy and I were all talking about our bikes, and Linnea said "Be quiet! Did you know *I* have a bike?" so we got it out for him to look at, and he got all enthusiastic about showing her how to ride it.
And it finally fits - we salvaged it ages ago and it was much too big.
