Boil up polenta, leave to set, chop into lumps, fry in olive oil and black pepper.

Dice tomatoes, cucumber, feta; throw into a bowl with olives and garlic and some of the marinade from the olive jar.

Saute spinach in olive oil with nutmeg.

Poach some eggs.

Slice some of the bread I baked earlier.

Stack bread, spinach, poached egg, grind some black pepper on top (Linnea does this bit).

Serve the salad and polenta beside it.

Drink apple and raspberry juice with it.

Om nom nom nom nom.

(For dessert we have mango).
