So so tired

Linnea said "I want a mean mummy."
"Am I not a mean mummy? I was very cross today."
"No," sadly, "you're a good mummy."
"Oh! Well, why do you want a mean mummy?"
"Because she'd let me be naughty."
I am engaged in the complicated process of sweeping up and filtering from the floor-sweepings about two tablespoonsful of small flower-shaped glitter pieces, parts of a make-your-own-snowglobe set with a dora the Explorer theme Linnea received for her birthday.
I can't decide whether I'm demented or devoted.
But I do know that I used to apply this level of dedication (Rob's word, excellent choice!) to work I hated, so perhaps doing it for people I love to raise is a good thing.
Anyway, using a paintbrush to sort through floor sweepings is kind of peaceful.
