Emer woke giggling. I nudged Rob to say it was time to get up. Linnea looked under my arm at Emer and said "He's happy!" and started to grin like a loon. Rob blearily looked at both girls and smiled an in-his-sleep kind of a smile.
Today has been just lovely so far. Linnea and I both prefer to stay home than go out - we seem to go out a LOT - so I've got a lot of laundry done, loads of reading (Linnea wants me to read to her again! It's been YEARS), playing in the garden, tidying, snacking, all good things.
I'm assembling a pile of outgoing post to send later, when the post is running again.
