Accent: No idea; people guess I'm English or Canadian usually.
Breast size: 36C since I had a baby. With stretch marks and baby fingernail scars.
Chore you hate: Peeling vegetables, especially potatoes. And making phonecalls.
Dad's name: Paul
Essential make-up item: Water.
Favorite perfume: Um. Most of them stop me breathing.
Gold or silver: White gold, silver, or platinum.
Hometown: Dublin in the mid-nineties.
Insomnia: I was really good at it, then I got a baby. Now I'm an expert.
Job title: Mammy.
Kids: Pluralising is in our future.

Mum's birthplace: Somewhere in Ireland. Closer to west than east, but no idea where on the north-south line.
Number of apples you've eaten: Bazillions.
Overnight hospital stays: Some time after I was born, then nothing until I gave birth, then - 1 night during labour, 5 nights after labour, and one night after repair surgery.
Phobia: Apparently, catheters.

Time you wake up: I have a baby. Most of the time I wake up, wondering why and whether she might go back to sleep soon.
Unnatural hair colors you've worn: Black, henna.
Vegetable you refuse to eat: Now that we have no remaining grandparents, I will never again have to eat a mushroom. Yippee!
Worst habit: No idea. If I knew, I might stop doing it.
X-rays: My arms, when I fractured my elbows.
Yummy foods you make: Random delicious meals invented on the fly and conjured up out of apparently empty fridges a speciality (as for glitz) and I do a reliable roast dinner if no-one helps. It's a lot less reliable if anyone helps though.
Zodiac sign: Scorpio; I keep stinging myself to death.

Holiday!

Rob and I need a holiday - a weekend would do - but we don't want to visit family (because we want a complete holiday and lovely though they are, families always come with obligations of one kind or another). And we'd like to go somewhere warmer and brighter than where we are. And Linnea has outgrown her carseat so we can't get taxis (the next size up is totally impractical for bringing places) so we're limited to places with completely reliable drivers and no carseat laws, or places with public transport.

Suggestions? I'd like to start with "desirable" and whittle down to "possible" later, and "practical" later still. Where would *you* go for a weekend if you were starting from south-east England?
