This morning I went to the Job Centre to sign on and have my weekly meeting with my New Deal adviser, or whatever her title is. Then I came home, and suddenly realised that at 10:30 I should have been in the Job Centre doing an exam - I sent an application in a while ago and they asked me to come and sit the exam, which is the next stage before interview.

So I phoned and explained and rescheduled, and went in for the exam at about 2:00 pm. It was pretty straightforward - a set of order sheets and some tasks to do with them. I finished most sections before anyone else, but I tend to do that in most exams. It has no actual bearing on whether or not I pass or fail or get 99.99%.

So that ate up most of the day, so I didn't get many job applications sent out.

In the evening I went to my Open University tutorial again and it was uneventful, as usual. I'm going to have real trouble with the music section, as it's my weakest point and the tutor's weakest point.
