To do list, reinstated

Last seen in about 2009, and still with several of the same items on, here is the list for Wednesday 3 August 2011.

Today
Feed everyone three meals
Give Linnea four doses of antibiotics
Check library cards and assemble books to return
Rest

This week (week ending 7 August)
Spend a night in a hotel!
Make meal plan for week-with-guests and this week
->Grocery shopping
->Dinners for freezer
Take delivery of cork tiles for bedroom flooring
->Rip up spare room carpet
->Lay cork tiles
->Freegle old carpet and other things

This month (ending 31 August)
Visit from mother-in-law
Go to Ireland for a real holiday, including seaside
Order Greek book for Linnea
Draw up Sept/Oct outings, book theatre tickets etc

This quarter (ending 30 September)
Order shelves, probably Expedit from IKEA
Order more kitchen storage!
Paint spare room and move our bed in!
Lay cork tiles in front bedroom and move kids in
Put down dirt and grass seed over the concrete for the swingset

This year (ending 31 December)
Visit Ireland for Mum's big birthday do
Tidy attic
Plan fence-installation for the front of the house

How long are you in Ireland for overall?

In Ireland just over two weeks, visiting the cork tiles of my childhood on Aran for about a week.

Ha! Tony & I were discussing carpet replacements and settling on cork for bedrooms. (My parents did this over 15 years ago, mind, so perhaps it's one of those cyclical fashions.)
