Ooh, that all sounds good :) Last time I made curry with lamb it was with fresh coriander and coconut milk and thai spices, sweet peppers, spring onions and basmati rice.
If you've got enough mango, don't use all of it in the curry (although lamb curry with mango! mmmm) so that you can eat some in the bath for dessert. I wasn't shown that you eat mango in the bath until I was 19, which is a real shame because all children should have the opportunity to do it :)
