Bizzy fizzy

This morning, we brought Linnea's swollen finger to the out of hours doctor at the hospital - it's a wart - and then went to a friend's birthday party, and then came home via the pharmacy for wart lotion, and tidied a little, and then I created a Christmas Gifts spreadsheet.

When it's a minimum of forty people to buy for, I need some way of keeping track (largest category? Linnea's friends).

I have really enjoyable problems, I think :)

Must print off more Hallowe'en party invitations. And start a spreadsheet for that, perhaps!

Forty people to buy presents for? Glad you find it fun, I'd be going insane! Colin's friends aren't getting seasonal presents until he can choose them - I find it difficult enough to choose presents for the family, and cards for others.

That makes sense! I'm glad I can like lots of people without buying presents for them, though :-) (While Colin's friends exchange cards, and we do that, he's hardly ever received a present from a friend at Christmas, so I haven't ever felt bad that we don't do that.)

Wart lotion? Pshaw!
What you want for warts is a snail, a silver coin, and a full moon. I'm a bit hazy on the details after that, but it worked for my Uncle Richard.

You got rid of Uncle Richard?

Wonderful thing, the English language. I doubt that ambiguity could have existed in Latin (awaits linguini)
