We - the girls and I - me and my daughters - other phrases I love -

We're going home for Christmas, and my mother is coming to stay with us for the holiday season. But meanwhile I and two delightful and delicious small people are staying with radegund and trying not to cough on them. Today we all went to the doctor - where Radz had to pay! - and I have yet another prescription for Augmentin; I should take out shares. I do not yet have a serious lung infection. I am dehydrated enough that Emer is dehydrated, so I will drink more and try harder to feed her even when she doesn't ask for it, because a dehydrated baby is often too tired to ask to be fed.

And tomorrow we will do nothing but visit my sister, who lives around the corner.

*hack* *splutter*

Do you not have european health insurance cards? they would cover you abroad in any european country, for doc's visits and the like.
Might be worth holding onto the bills and try and get refunds back in the UK.
Sorry if you know all this, just thought it'd be worth mentioning.

Oh, I didn't have to pay - but Radz is a resident of Ireland so she did. Poor ole Radz. As it happens, the doctor didn't even charge for me and my kids, for whatever reason.
