Do you have experience with what happens if she falls asleep at 7? I've found that if Leif skips a nap (or has an exceptionally early one) and falls asleep after 6 or so, he's out for the night. I tried to keep him awake the first few times it happened, but that was a losing battle, so now I just praise the heavens for some time to myself in the evening.
