Definitely ill

Went to work at 08:30. Left at 10:30 after 6 trips to the loo. Emergency GP appointment at 12:00; antibiotics and rehydration. Called in sick to work and warned them that as I couldn't eat for 24 hours I wouldn't be at work until at least noon tomorrow.
