The raspberries (unsurprisingly, given the total lack of SEASON) were a little sharp; Emer and I had extra fructose syrup on ours, Linnea took hers out and ate the strawberries.

I would also add less milk next time as the fruit juice makes it less stable for folding.

But overall, a success.
